If you want to access the library catalog from home, check out a book, place a hold on a book, renew materials online, make inter library loan requests, access e-books, and more, you must set up a library account.

If you do not have a Gateway Library account:

E-mail Circulation@gs.edu and include the following information:

1. Your full name
2. Your mailing address
3. Your phone number
4. Your six-digit Institutional ID number

We will create a library account and notify you when it is ready to use. Then you will follow the password set-up steps below.

When you have a library account:

1. Click the link for "My Library Account" at the top of the Library home page.
2. Enter your six-digit Institutional ID number
3. Click the link to set/reset your password.

You will receive an e-mail that gives you instructions on how to set up your password.
